REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

This policy applies to our food supplement products.

We offer a 30 day returns policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at taqwasupplements@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved we will provide return instructions and the return address. Do not send items back without first requesting a return. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Because supplements are sealed goods and are classed as hygiene sensitive, returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it, with the safety seal intact and original packaging undamaged. You will also need proof of purchase.

We cannot accept returns for any supplement that has been opened, used, or has a broken safety seal, including where only part of the contents has been used.

DAMAGED DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us as soon as possible if you receive the wrong supplement, if the product is damaged, or if the safety seal is broken on arrival. We may ask for photos of the outer packaging, the product, and the seal so we can assess the issue quickly.

If the issue is confirmed we will offer a replacement where available or a refund.

CANCELLATIONS AND COOLING OFF RIGHTS UK AND EU
If you are a consumer in the UK or European Union you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. This right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. If you cancel within 14 days you must return the supplement unopened with the safety seal intact.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned supplement we will confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. It can take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or card provider. If you have not received your refund 15 business days after approval please contact us at taqwasupplements@gmail.com.
