Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to your address. Title passes to you once we have received full payment for the order.

If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you or a failure to collect from a carrier or collection point we may charge additional delivery costs to resend the order.

SECTION 25 SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING PAYMENTS
If you purchase a product on a subscription basis you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method automatically at the frequency selected at checkout, currently once per month, until you cancel.

Subscription prices delivery charges and billing frequency are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

You may cancel or manage your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us before your next billing date. Changes or cancellations made after a billing date may apply to the following billing cycle.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Any price changes will apply to future renewals only.

If a payment fails we may retry the charge or suspend or cancel the subscription until payment details are updated.
