Shipping policy
DELIVERY AREAS
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom and selected countries in the European Union. Availability of delivery options may vary depending on destination and will be shown at checkout.
SHIPPING CARRIER
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail or Royal Mail partner services. We reserve the right to use an alternative Royal Mail service where necessary to ensure timely delivery.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.
During busy periods such as promotions holidays or product launches processing times may be slightly longer. Any significant delays will be communicated where possible.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are provided as a guide only.
Typical delivery estimates are:

Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control including weather customs processing postal disruptions or peak demand periods.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping option. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
TRACKING
Where available tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched. Some Royal Mail services may offer limited or no tracking depending on the delivery option selected.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES EU ORDERS
For orders delivered to the European Union customs duties import taxes or handling fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for any charges imposed by local authorities.
INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delayed lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery refusal or non collection we may charge additional shipping fees to resend the order.
LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe please contact us at taqwasupplements@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue with Royal Mail and keep you informed.
Royal Mail investigations may take several business days to complete.
DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of the outer packaging and the product. This will help us assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
