SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

Some products may be offered as a subscription. This policy explains how subscriptions work and how you can manage or cancel them.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING PAYMENTS
When you purchase a subscription you will receive repeat deliveries. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless you cancel.

Your payment details are stored securely by Shopify and our payment providers. You authorise recurring charges for each renewal at the price and frequency shown at checkout. Shipping charges for subscription orders may apply and will be shown at checkout.

MANAGING OR CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You can cancel or change your subscription at any time through the link in your subscription confirmation email or through your customer account where available.

To avoid being charged for the next renewal you must cancel before your next billing date. If you cancel after a billing date the change may apply from the following month.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds for subscription orders are handled in line with our Refund and Returns Policy. For supplements we can only accept returns of unopened items with the safety seal intact.
